Advantage Nissan Service Long Island NY
Dropped off the Z at Advantage Nissan in Westbury NY to get the factory alarm installed. Brand new Z only a couple weeks old. I go to pick it up and it takes 15 min to find my keys and paper work, in the mean time I overheard one of the guys telling a lady that the fuel service is when they drain the tank and clean it out (WOW). So he tosses me the keys, I say wheres the paper work? Instructions? He says should be in the car parked out front. My car wasnt out front. 15 min later my car pulls up in the front. I open the door, there are wire clippings, leaves, dust ALLLLLL over my seats, floor, and in the shift boot... oh and no receipt and instructions. I go back inside some lady on her cell phone flings a receipt at me, I ask where are the instructions? how do I put in in valet mode, WTF am I supposed to do about the car being dirty as hell? She walks away.
I AM HEATED!!! Im going to RAISE HELL there on monday morning. How the hell can you treat a customer this way!?!?
