Default Used Engine Deal Too Good to Be True?

I'm looking for a used engine for my car and came across a deal from Blue Prism Automotive that seems almost too good. The price is way lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere, and they claim the engine has low miles and was fully tested.
Has anyone bought from them before?
Any advice or experiences would be helpful!

IMO, unless you are heavily mechanically-inclined with alot of patience and money (and even then, I would do tons of research on the seller), I would save up and go through the proper channels/route, rather than trying to save a buck and potentially end up with a headache/buyer's remorse later.

If you want to save some change search G37, Q50, and Q70 engines. I've read they are the same and because the source isn't "370z" they're less expensive. That may be the reason for the low price you're asking about as well, especially if the seller is advertising it for all of the models above.
