370z rear fenders already "rolled" from factory?

i looked at 2 used stock z's and noticed the rear fenders didnt have the usual lip from the factory. it was flat like front fenders. is that how it is now or i just happened to look at 2 z's with flat rear fenders?

but dont think dat's a free ticket to hella flush a toilet.
