Update on a few things and some announcemts from AK370Z 01.19.12

It’s been few months since I posted my last announcement. I thought I’d post a new one updating everyone on a few things and few concerns I have. I hope everyone is having a great year I am going to make the announcement short and to the point. I'll cover the following topics in this announcement :

a. Update about my course
b. Trolling by members
c. New SuperMod(s) Assigned
d. New shipment of decals

a. As you have read here, I have been really busy with a course of study. It’s going well so far and I only have about 6 months to go. Once done, I’ll be on the forum regularly. Hopefully you guys will not get sick of me haha. During this time, if the pm's are a little delayed or your reported posts are not taken care of right away, please accept my apology

b. This is a BIG issue I have been seeing lately. I am constantly seeing members trolling in “Tech” section” and “General section" of the forum. This is NOT acceptable. I do not care what other forums you go to or what other forums allow such behavior, but I DO NOT like that in my forum. Please do not troll or make sarcastic posts or posts that indented to stir up drama etc. here. There’s no space for drama here on THE370Z. If trolling is something you like to do, please head over to those other Z forums.

I have also noticed similar bullying or trolling by non Z owners here on the forum. It has been bothering me and I wanted to talk about it. THE370Z is a forum where I welcome ANY auto enthusiast regardless of what car you own. I don’t care if you own Mustang, STI, M3, EVO, 350Z, G37 or even Ford Pinto - you are EQUALLY welcome here on the forum! But lately I have been seeing a lot of trolling by some of these non Z owners and it’s NOT something I’ll accept. I have given you guys an opportunity and this is NOT how you should thank me! All I want from you guys is to please respect the Z owners in the forum. If you don’t’ have anything important/useful or technical to post, please avoid the tech and general section threads. No need to put your sarcastic in. If you see such trolling post(s), please report them (or pm me the link) to me or the mods, we will take action. If I see members trolling, I will take action against you.

c. I have recently added two new SuperMods for the forum. They are Triple's and Frost. Congratulations and welcome to the team. Please respect them and if you have an issue and you can’t get a hold of me, feel free to ask them. This is just a beginning. I'll appoint many more mods in the future. So, be on your good attitude and be mature on the forum if you ever want to be mod here.

So much for being short! Haha sorry guys. I needed to write down how I feel and what I can or cannot allow on the forum. THANK you for supporting this forum and keeping it civil. I remember not too long ago, my username was the ONLY active username here. Only 3 years later, there are close to 30,000 members here with approximately 1.5 million posts! THANK YOU.
