As I work in the web-hosting industry I know downtime is pretty much unavoidable sometimes unless you are paying a ton of money in load balancers, multiple servers, and mysql replication and its not easy to manage. Downtime is to be expected for just a free community forum and generally I find the site running very well/fast. Glad there wasn't any major data loss.
