Basically what happen, on Thursday night he was getting lightheaded intermittently. Since he doesn't have a mechanical valve (he has a tissue Mitral valve), he is NOT on blood thinner (Warfarin Sodium AKA COUMADIN). I just couldn't figure out why he should get dizzy or lightheaded. I decided to bring him in to the ER. Spent all evening up till 3 am in the ER. He was admitted to the hospital. They are doing some tests to figure out what's causing this. His 2D heart Echo came negative so they are going to do other tests now.

He is doing okay at the moment. Hopefully they figure out what's going on with him. :(

Glad to hear that it's not as bad as it Could be AK. Hope everything works out alright for you and your dad.

Glad to hear he is doing well at the moment. I know how hard it is when your parent is like that. I spent last night at the hospital myself, with my dad. They think he may have had a very mild stroke or a TIA. Its sooooo hard and I know how you feel!!!
