if you i chip my 370z would i void my warrenty, if so could i take it off when needed and just put it back on after? also heard that they have to prove that what i put under the hood has to be at fault somewhat that is giving the car the issue at hand if i take it in?

Yes, the dealer will have to prove that what you did to the car is what broke it for them to get out of covering the repairs.
