It's the world wide web. Imagine you lost friends and loved ones in this disaster (which, BTW, is still ongoing -- it's not like this happened 20 years ago) and saw somebody talking like this?

After all, I wouldn't want to hurt anyone's delicate feelings, especially when they've suffered such "misfortune" as a result of this somewhat inconvenient catastrophe.

Maybe the OP should write a letter to Nissan for that "compensation" he feels he's owed for this intolerable delay.
