Weekly? Bi-weekly?
Do you pay rent or a mortgage, or do you live your parents? Do you have money stashed away in case you get a girl knocked up and need to address that situation?
Seriously, this online interview could go on forever.
To re-iterate my previous post, go to your financial institution, and get pre-approved. Call your insurance agent and get a quote on insuring the car or both cars. Go test drive some Z's and figure out what trim level you want. Decide on a car and buy it.
It's not that hard.

If you need more info about the car itself, there's plenty of threads on test drives, handling and other stuff such as the car's best feature, cabin noise.
If you need to know more about how to finance and insure a Z, go to the people that have the actual answers you're looking for specific to your situation.

Come back when you've done your homework and purchased a car.
