If you have a base and need street drive-ability get the Quaife, it's going to be the most livable and the quietest.
If you have a sport and are most interested in track get the Carbonetics. Yes, you have the change the fluid pretty regularly but it is going to lock harder. To me changing the diff fluid isn't any harder than changing the engine oil, I do both after a 2-day track weekend. The Carbonetics is going to be a little noisier than the the Quaife as the clutches engage/disengage.
For regular open track 1.5 way is going to be preferred, but if you are seriously going to drift this car (I wouldn't if this was my only car) then 2-way is preferred for that sport but you can get away with a 1.5 way.
