Just a thought and it may have nothing at all to do with the problem you are experiencing but I was noticing a "creaking" sound on acceleration coming from my seat in my M45.

Our service guys (at the plant) advised me that this happen when the seat is all the way back as far as it can go and that moving it "up" even slightly would solve the problem...I didn't believe them but I tried it and it worked.

However, I suspect that the problem you are describing is related more to either the seat rail itself or the bolts holding to the floor of the car (I had a similar problem with a Ford Bronco many years ago...the bolts simply weren't "locked down" and, after a while, would start to loosen.

In an case, I haven't heard anything about a TSB for this...sorry.
