I will be making another video if I can get finished with this thread. There is more proof than you can imagine. If there was real hate.I would put the name of the person who spoke for GTM. This is just to inform. One can only keep quiet for so long. I'm hoping this thread will make GTM get on there A game. You don't take someone's money. Give them garbage then instead of apologizing first say"**** happens" or "No one will believe you,My word against yours" Then take your sweet time to fix the problem.

There is no priority mail to Guam via USPS. That was already clearly stated. FFS it's March 10th, and Guam is on the other side of the planet. It's going to take more than 5 days. "Joe" is receiving new parts, and GTM has stepped up to the plate. Yet here you are,
a 3rd party, no less... swinging away for no reason. Surely "Joe" can post for himself.
Any videos of phone conversations you may have wouldn't prove anything. Who even thinks of
videotaping phonecalls in the first place? Sorry. Not buying it.
GTM screwed up by sending out bad parts. Should have never happened, and that's a definite bad mark on their record. However, they are rectifying the situation as best they can, considering the customer
lives in Guam. That's a good mark on their record.
For those that want to really see where Guam is:

Being where he is, Joe can't possibly expect things to be rectified overnight. He probably doesn't... but you're here posting this for some reason... yeah... ok.
