You know you can pick up a cheap code reader and scan the code yourself, right? The one I have came with a listing of all the codes in the little manual that came with it. This way, you'll either know or at least have some hint as to what the issue is. And you certainly won't have to take the service dept.'s word for it if they tell you it's the CBE (e.g., if you scan it yourself and the code says there's a problem with the A/C, you'll know they're BS'ing you).
