I dont think its meant to be profitable .... its like any other mudane sedan that gets injected with performance ( Lancer, Impreza, TL, Impala, ETC. ) the bread and butter is in all the lower trim models that get sold. The SHO will probably only account for maybe 4-5% ( and that's a high guess ) of all Taurus's sold. It's real mission is to draw peoples attention to Ford and when they relize they cant afford it and settle on lower trim.
