I can't disagree with this more. You have a damaged product, it's not the cc company's fault. These are the same cc companies that raised APR's do 30% during an economic recession when they knew people were having trouble paying. They belong next to whoever was responsible for shipping this guy his turbo kit at the bottom of the ocean.
