the only obvious thing is that GTM sent some garbage parts and wasn't going to do anything about it anytime soon until this incident reached the forum. The repetitive scratches on all the pipes were from poor wrapping and shipping. Intentional or not GTM is at fault. But since you obviously know what happened ;could you please explain this: (view pictures below)
