No, I know all that -- I mean I thought they explicitly voided the warranty if you added the oil cooler. Not saying it's legal or fair, but if the OP is concerned about that, it would be good to know if there's a potential battle to be had or if Nissan just assumes the oil cooler doesn't affect the warranty.

In other words, if the warranty isn't an issue, he can get whatever oil cooler he wants -- he doesn't have to get the Nissan one.
