Check out these renault vids from their V8 for F1. First one is just revving to 20K rpm, second one is a dyno run up to 18K rpm. The dyno setup looks freaking sweet, they appear to be simulating laps of a real-world track by computer-controlled throttle, gearing, and dyno loading.
