I don't think the 370Z deserves that type of setup. It would not appeal to many who brought the car for performance.

IF nissan pulls together a hybrid replacement for the Z, I'm sure they will work to make sure it's an enjoyable setup, or they will likely not call it a Z car. The Z name is too valuable for them to damage with a bad hybrid.
The Altima hybrid doesn't need to appeal to enthusiasts, so there's no reason to waste the time and money trying to make it do so.
