Never touched a V6 Camaro but we own a 2010 SS 6-speed. As Unknown_370 put it the Camaro is brute power while the Z is precision. I honestly love both cars but the Z is more my style while the Camaro is more my girls style (it's my girlfriends car). Honestly, lately I've been having the itch for a V8 or at least something more powerful than the Z. The 332hp is very outdated for today's 30-40k price group. Even my Nismo with exhaust upgrade (roughly 360hp at the crank) feels gutless compared to the LS3 in the Camaro. The downfall of the Camaro is the weight. Despite the fact that it can take a corner decently you can feel every pound of the car fighting you. I haven't driven the new 5.0 stang yet but based off what I've been reading if you want the precision of the Z and brute power it's the way to go. The new stang is equal to the Z in the corners and faster than the Camaro in a straight line. As already mentioned, forget the V6.
