I've had tires mounted by Radial Tire and they didn't mess up my wheels, but these were for a Saab with 235/45-17 tires. I've heard some mixed reviews of them otherwise. You could also try Ye Olde Wheel Shop in Elkridge. I know the owner's son and a bunch of people I know have had tires installed there.
