diesel in a sports car is a no go in my books.
If I get in a sports car I want a decently torquey high revving linear powerbnd motor.
a diesel is a high torque 1000 rpm power band motor. its just not right.
plus if you had a diesel in one of these somewhat light weight rwd sports cars traction control would be going off every other second. you wouldnt be able to apply the gas pedal on corner exit, you wouldnt be able to gun it from a stop light. you could nail it on the hwy and enjoy that instant torque *** kicking but then 2 seconds later its hit 3000 rpm and its on its face.
