I did some online searching for used Z's recently (just to see what cars like mine are going for), and found the typical range for a 2009 touring to be 26-32k within a 200 mile radius from NE PA (which would include the OP's area). I don't think any I looked at had the navi, but 30k seems like a good starting place for a negotiation down to 27 or 28k.

You don't need to garage the Z all winter (I've been able to drive mine once a week), but definitely recommend a second set of tires (I'm running Hankook Ventus all season performance right now, but even they can't handle a little snow or ice). A daily driver for bad weather is ideal.
