What should I expect to pay for this and what kind of horse power should this set up generate above the stock 332 hp? Finally, if the top speed is limited, what would be the value of these mods? Could they improve zero to 60 times and are there other benefits? As to what I am after, it is a daily driver, I don't plan to race it, but I would like to get the best from this great car. Thanks in advance.
Congrats on the purchase! Here's some info to think about...

For filters, are you talking about Drop in's or a full intake? If you're talking Drop in's, your options are K&N or AEM. Both you can net for about $100 for a pair.

For headers are you looking for Long Tube or Stock replacement? For Long Tube, there's F.I. and shorty's Stillen. Both can be found on here through their respective vendors.

When it comes to your 0-60 times, depending on what you have done can help a bit, but the Z has a 0-60 limiter. So at some point, you will inevitably plateau unless you decide to get it tuned and have that limiter disengaged. Same rule applies to top speed...

Price wise...

Drop in Filters: $100~ Full intakes: $500~

Headers: Long Tubes: $1200~ (F.I.)

For all parts stillen, there are several Stillen reps on here, shoot them a PM to get the best prices since I can't remember off the top of my head. They should give you a good idea of what you're total cost would be if you stay stillen all the way.

Hopefully this helps a bit.
