It looks pretty cool. I'd lose the mesh grille though. It's certified pre-owned, so that's a plus. Why not take it to the local mechanic and let them have a look?

Typically, you shouldn't pay much more for mods. Who cares if the wheels and tires cost $10k? You also don't get the stock wheels and tires which would cost about $4k to replace. So what looks like a $10k extra value is really $6k...but less since they're 'used'. I'd suggest you look up the stock value on KBB for a CPO roadster and then decide how much those mods are worth to you. That's what you should pay.
