I think of it this way:
Replacement means identical (or better) in every way. Sure you can make a Z get to 100mph faster than an F430. You may also be able to have it brake from 70-0 faster. But to make the whole package...to corner, accelerate, stop, etc etc better than an F430 you'll need a race team's budget behind you. A TT will make the Z faster, coil overs will help with cornering ability, a BBK with repeated stopping. But you still have a 3300+lb car. Are you going to find a company to custom make every body panel in carbon fiber? How would you fix the 56/44 weight distribution in the Z without adding weight to the back?
Just like in the video games, building a car doesn't make it drivable. You may end up with a terrible handling beast that is more of an abomination than a Ferrari killer. I'd suggest to enjoy the Z as it is or up your budget and buy a different car.

TT+various engine/drivetrain upgrades, upgraded brake system, upgraded suspension components would be most of the work. For a street tire you probably can't beat Neova's, not sure what the better tires would for a track.
A Ferrari F430 is not some lightweight car. You say the 370z is 3300+lb(base model actually weighs 3250lbs), well the F430 weighs in at 3197lbs, not much of a difference.
Yes there are some cars that just can't compete on a strip AND on a track no matter how much money you put into them, but the F430 isn't some untouchable car by any means you don't need a "race team's budget" to compete.
And the weight distribution on the 370 is 54/46 without any passengers, not as bad as 56/44. F430's is 43/57.
Stock for stock, 370z can't compete period everyone knows that. But saying a STOCK cobalt vs a zr1 is the same as a modified 370z vs a F430 si ridiculous.
The ZR1 stock could compete with the F430, so Colbalt>370z? Just saying...
