You don't need these. Modern cars do very well without them for a decade or more in adverse climates like humid saltwater beaches and the midwest which salts roads all winter. Technically, "rustproofing" is covered by modern alloys (much more aluminium and less carbon steel), galvanizing, stainless steel, and paints that are much better than 20+ years ago, but in the design of the car rather than some afterspray on silicon.
