I'm with you on the SQ, Big; I just want the factory look. But short of the entire system showing up on my doorstop for free, I'm going aftermarket.

If you're going to keep your factory sources, if I were you (
- still don't want to give your NAV system to me cheap, eh?) - I pick up Alpine's PXE-H650 on clearance from Woofers.etc. That'd be my first choice for factory integration, especially at that price - Alpine's updating the unit, I believe. Add an amp, sub, and (I'd recommend) a set of components up front, then you'd have my upgrade path if I had Nav in my 40th in the first place.
As for the pinout on the Bose, I don't know if there's been any info on that. Post up if you've found it!
