If the above is true, you need to
RUN not walk to another dealer
ASAP for your service work!!!!!!!!!!! At all dealerships the Service Advisor assigns the work to be done and the service tech then time stamps your work order. That's the way that the Tech gets paid............... So for the Service manager to make it look like
HE DON'T KNOW who did it is BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was nothing but a
DOG & PONY Show for your benefit................ It appears they lack the skill, competence, or character expected of a member of a highly trained profession. You need to contact Nissan North America about this dealers service departments inability to do a simple oil change and their attempt to cover up their lack of professionalism.
