it does reduce noise, but you have to spray this crap pretty thick. make sure you mask off your springs and everything that moves cause things will get very sticky. ive had an instance in the past where a drop of that crap stuck to one of the coils on my spring and it made a BOING noise each time i went over a bump. hahaha. I used RC car motor spray (or glow engine/nitro cleaner) to remove the stuff off. you can buy that at most hobby shops that sell RC stuff.
