I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for a sec, Sheen:
I narrowed it down to new '10 40th and an '07 Cayman S. Problem at the time, the Cayman was $45K, had only a couple of years left on a CPO warranty, and smelled like a cheap rental fragrance, being very much used. Don't get me wrong - I believe I'd get even more satisfaction driving it around; it's a sublime beast. But practically got me all the same; 90% (subjective) of the driving pleasure in a Z for much less cost to own.
But, your first post still grates me the wrong way:

Because most of us chose the "riceburner" route, doesn't mean you should slap our face with it, even if you're trying to come across as a "healthy" debate.
I can see what you're trying to do, but please, dispense with the insults.
