I have been looking myself and have not come up with anything, I would recommend powdercoating over paint. Wheels need to be durable to sustain the exposure to road debris, brake dust and rock chips. Make sure if you go with powdercoating or painting that the factory coating is removed and the wheel is sandblasted for proper adhesion.
