hrmm generally pulleys arent designed for harmonic reasons. Simply a crank is developed.
Then they determine what rev's/ratio the other components need to run at in order to work effectively and then those sizes are determiend that way. Not really much to do with harmonics.
Actually in today's world since Alternators and A/C compressors are made generic, they get those first and based on that determine the size of the crank pulley.
So i can't see it really hurting "harmonics" but if someone gets the underdrive ratio wrong, it will hurt the electrics via the alternator not being as efficient. The A/C doesnt really get hurt it just wouldnt be as effective.
As for the OP, i sent a PM. light weight 2-piece rotors will free some some weight which doesnt increase HP, but lets more get to the wheels. After that, you could change the gear ratio but again that doesnt increase HP, just makes the car a bit quicker at the sacrifice of gas mileage and sound (cus at cruising you will be at a higher rpm than before)
