You ended up with an over priced rice rocket that I likely could whip on a road course in my stock but well balanced Nismo with a couple upgrades to brakes, tires and oil cooler. Im always amazed at lack of knowledge about what it takes to build a well balanced quick car. Sorry you invested so much in your over priced base car ricer mobile, time to drown your sorrows in some nonfunctional CF! That's why I love the Nismo! No investment beyond $36k original purchase price, all covered under warranty, no down time experimenting and isntalling after market crap. Nothing worse than people who have made mistake acting all righteous and superior when talking to people who saw real deal in the factory built car for nearly half the price.
I suspect I have far more experience with car development than most people on this forum. But I leave real development to my track cars - I tend to leave my street cars stock. Nismo is my cute little econo commute car.
If I was inclined to running 1/4 miles I certainly wouldn't have bought a 370z. Lol!
Ouch. Sorry about money pit 930!

I'd love to see some pics of your track cars.
