So I recently ordered the new Alienware M17x R3 laptop, and with it a very nice, high quality messenger bag. The laptop is still in production and should be here in a couple weeks, but the orion laptop bag was sent to me asap. When I got it I unfortunately noticed that one of the zippers was sewn into itself, causing it to be unable to open. But this pouch is accessable from two sides (p.s. its the front pouch right behind the alien head, its not a maint compartmental pouch just a pouch for like plane tickets, there are two symetrical zippers on either side, so from the right side you can open it up and still access the pouch, you just wont beable to from the left side. If you or anyone you know has anything to do with sewing, I'm sure this issue can be easily fixed. Dell already sent me a new bag to replace it so now I have two, so Dell's mistake is your benefit!
