I paid about $32K for mine at around 19K miles a few months ago (trade-in muddies the comparison a little) and the dealer had done the oil change, put on four new OEM tires, and I got them to throw in the 7/70 warranty package. Mine had everything except the upgraded brake pads.

Looks like it has the illuminated side sills, but I couldn't tell if it has the dinky mudflaps and no pictures of the cargo area to see if the mat/hatch cover is still there.

I'd definitely say they should lower the price more.

I'd also suggesting checking the oil records (I did on mine) from the dealer or a CarFax to see how often it has been changed. Since mine was done 3,750 miles apart once, I assumed I didn't have to worry about excessive oil consumption (the previous owner wasn't the type to fill between changes).
