since he's in vancouver..did he mean to type 100km/hr? no way a 100mph speeding would only give you $130 fine unless the RCMP is dumb....he could totally arrest you for reckless driving.
while i'm don't like what you did either, i feel your pain. that record is gona stick with you for the next 6 years and icbc is going to fk you over...expect a jump in your insurance.
