Keep in mind though -- even with all of that, you will just be touching what a 370Z has at the wheels, stock.
The Evo X is a great car -- don't get me wrong -- but if you are really looking for "big power" it is still going to cost you some major cash. You hit a wall around 330 that requires an investment to get past.
I'm not getting into this argument here, though.
It's a great car, but both the STi and the Evo are -not- the heroes they once were.

I completely understand it seems implausible that this is the case, but I assure you that there are many, many examples of this fact, remember this is 90 Brake horsepower, not at the wheels. Depending on the type of dyno of course and other factors, most stock X's sit at about 245 whp, with ONLY a tune 300 whp is easily, safely and reliably attainable (Keep in mind the additional parasitic drive train loss from being all wheel drive). I would be happy to provide further information if you would like. The 370z is a fantastic and very capable car, but there are plenty of reasons why the Evo is also a wonderful performance buy. It really shines once you start modding and does not require much to be extremely competitive. If anyone is ever curious, take a look at the many great forum resources and see for yourself.
