Well yeah... in that case, they would supply you with new parts... providing you're the original buyer I'd guess.

But it seems, as with most companies... "it depends who you talk to".

I bet if you call and ask someone there if they'd sell you parts for a S/C system you got used, they may say no. I also bet if you hang up, call back, and get a hold of someone else, they just may say yes.
