Is it as simple as swapping out the PVC hoses? undo the clamps, pull off the OEM hose and replace it with the new one? or does it require a little more finesse?

all the hoses will be simple cet for radiator hoses of course..

but yes you can def change the brake booster one. Saw it get done on Z1804's car. just pull n replace.
