i got it off. i ended up using a very large breaker bar (36"). still was tight. someone got a little over excited to put my shocks on!

also, FYI, with the stock setting on the BR BC coilovers, my car was almost 3" lower than stock. the front aero black thingy was allllmost on the ground. it took an additional 12 turns on the shocks to get it to around 1.2 inch drop. FYI (since it isnt very "quick" to remove/adjust install the coilover.......)

edit- the new sway bars are crazy stiff. even with one side of the car only 1/4" higher than the other, it made it almost impossible to adjust the other side. feels 3x as stiff as stock! even with only one side jacked up, the other side was almost equal. before the sway bar, the front end would not be changed (actually lower) when i jacked up one side.
