Easy fix. You have to go to the "Camera Settings" screen and select CMOS-300. If you can't, the installer didn't put it in correctly.
To change to different views, you touch the right side of the screen when the camera is viewing. To turn the lines on and off, you touch the left side.



SInce the installer didn't install the switch (which is correct for the 9960), he should have installed this wire in place of it. This is what allows the HU to control the CMOS.
