Hard to tell on a picture and a dirty car. I'm not sure if you had the flash make the scratches show up extra good or whether they are just that deep.

Does your nail catch in them or not?

But if you got the tools (or know someone that has them) you could give it a shot.
You won't be able to do this by hand though.

If normal polishing won't get it out, you could always wet-sand it, but start with the lightest correction method and work your way up if that doesn't work.
