Not necessarily true. On my car, after lowering 3/4" front and 1/2" rear, along with using 15mm front/20mm rear spacers, my pre-alignment camber was -1.0/-1.6 front, and -2.9/-3.0 rear. That's right, the front corners were way off side-to-side and there's a bit too much neg camber in the back. Without a rear camber kit, they were only able to bring back my camber to -2.4 (still a bit much for me). The front camber cannot be corrected with the stock upper mount. So, I ended up having to buy camber kits front and rear. So, the moral of the story, have your camber checked, and if it's really far off in the front, you'll need a front camber kit to correct it...if you want it to be perfect.
