Anyone else had such incidences? And what should I do, contact the dealer as soon as possible to get them to check it out?
If it's only happening in the rain then it sounds like something hasn't been sealed properly (my '79 TransAm was delivered to me with a windshield that hadn't been sealed at all; it was simply "laying" in the frame and nothing was keeping in on the vehicle expect its own weight and the framing they use to put on vehicles of that era).

There have been some "drainage" issues with other Nissan vehicels over the past few years years (drain tubes becoming blocked, etc) but haven't heard anything about such a problem encountered on with the 370 and such a problem would be somewhat "constant" (not tied to rain, etc).

At any rate, get it to your dealer ASAP and get the problem documented.
