Immediately downshift (didn't say stop) and slow down to a parking spot or whatever and keep your Z there. Take the bus or taxi. I have successfully done a full 360 degrees on ice with only 300 miles on my Z! Most scariest experience ever. Those high performance summer tires are literally become "glass tires" on snow.

Here's my Z with 363 miles parking next to a street (actually got stuck as I was trying to leave the z, shouldn't really say park) with my name, cell phone no. and requesting city to "NOT tow the car" (as it was a tow away zone) by the side mirror!
