Yeah, and even then, you might find that you can go 100% for the majority of the session, and then a tad less on the throttle for a small remainder of it and be fine.

For anyone that hasn't already gotten an oil cooler and plans on tracking, I think there is little reason not to go with the 34R cooler, as the price difference is pretty minimal.
