Those rims, you'll be able to find, but the ones he has on his car in white were most likely custom painted that way. From the picture, the guy bought them chrome, then had them custom painted. Im 90% sure of that, I use to work at a custom paint shop down in FL, and we use to do that type of stuff all the time.
