  • Needs more low end torque, and overall torque and a slightly lower max torque powerband on the Tach. I'm thinking 3,500-4k RPM is a good start to dabble with. Also Increase Max torque to somewhere between 300-350.
  • Needs more HP, id make 350-400 the standard model, and somewhere near 400-450+ for the nismo so it's actually worth buying the upgraded trim. Upgrade GTR to 500+ to compensate, its due for an increase anyway. GTR is getting slower as the competition heats up, and needs more acceleration from 100 - 200mph. (At the rate Ford is improveing their pony car-the GT jumped over 100hp from 2010 - 2011 alone-, the 370z wont keep up for long at 332/270 with the Mustang and Mustang GT. I understand one is a compact and one is a midsize muscle car, but is that really what you are thinking about when he asks you to race at that red light?
  • Correct the dangerous blind spot issue while backing up by making the universal transceiver rearview mirror w/ built in wide angle backup cam standard on all trims (plain rear view mirror is sorely outdated on any car 30k plus anyways and is simply crude in this day and age for a car 30k+.
  • Better base sound system with 2 more speakers, current stock sounds aweful.
  • Further refine the VQ37 VHR and make the sound quality of the engine/exhaust note more on par with the mustang GT. (Not asking to sound LIKE the GT, but the quality of the specific VQ37 VHR sound definitely needs refinement. (Not sure if VVEL has anything to do with the rough high RPM coarse sounds etc.
  • Fix the Oil temp problem. Had my Z for around 1k miles now and it is way too easy to get the engine 220F+. Its a serious issue now, and with more 370z buyers over the next couple years, is bound to become a borderline warranty/recall liability for Nissan. Better to correct this serious defect sooner than later.
  • Bump up the base price of the Z to the low-mid 30's to compensate for the improvements/fixes
  • Drop weight by about 200 pounds if possible, strive for 2,900-3,000 unladen. This one is not a big deal though.

Cant wait for the 390z. If they did everything I just suggested I'd buy it with a vengence. even if it was 50k.

Let me know what you all think. Or add any suggestions comments welcome.

Yah I think you should just leave.
