That poster shoud have added "some" to his statements about the 7AT. Also, everyone keeps forgetting that the 7AT problems that have occurred are with the SC not TT. When I point this out to the "haters" their comeback is always "power is power" "HP is HP" "TQ is TQ" but I disagree. The TQ and HP curve is slightly different from a SC to a TT. Could this be the difference.....I dont know and neither does anyone else. My car has been TT'd for about 1 year and roughly 2000 miles and has had no tranny issues like the SC guys. Could it happen down the road.....maybe......maybe not. If it does, I wont shy away from letting everyone on here know I am having problems. I dont like Nismo's or 6MTs or body kits on the 370 but you dont see me bashing others that do like them. Until we "actually know" what caused shumby and others 7AT failures, we cant label the 7AT as at fault or bad or cant handle it.
